Meet Don Jr., he is the CFO and board chairman. In other words he is the GLUE that holds TBM together. Outside of his day to day operations, he is the head of TBM's board of directors. He presides over the board meetings while strategically pushing and planning the next purposeful move of the company. His management skills is like none other, which makes room for continual growth.
