Our standard return allows customers to return unused, unopened, and in original condition items within 3-5 days for a discounted refund or exchange. However, if the item is a custom desgin there is a NO RETURN on the product,

All returns and or exchanges are solely coverd by the customer who is responsible for 100% of shipping costs.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
